Returns and Exchanges
Once your order is processed there is no refunds or exchanges.
For scheduled appointments no refunds are available, but you are able to reschedule before the scheduled time.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
